Here’s the deal: we’re a tiny, tiny business, so every piece is handmade - meaning no two are exactly alike. Sometimes we sell out faster than we can make more, and then I’m up at 3 AM panic-screenprinting like a maniac. Delays happen. Mistakes happen. But we always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
No returns. Seriously. These aren’t mass-produced items - each one is unique, and we pour our hearts (and sometimes our tears) into them. If something arrives damaged because of us, we’ll fix it or replace it. But if you change your mind? That’s on you.

How do I take care of my shit?
Standard Tees/Tanks: Machine wash cold,
inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Hoodies: Wash Cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Panties: Wash cold, hang dry.
Hand-Distressed Items: HAND WASH ONLY, hang dry.
Do not iron

Stickers: fuck - its a sticker, like clean the shit you're putting it on before you stick it, don't pick at the edges, if you stick it on something that gets washed a lot or is outside, it will probably not last forever. What do you want from me!??!
Hats: Hand wash gently or like toss in the dishwasher and air dry. Don't tumble dry.
Do you have a warranty?
No warranty. If it breaks, you’re on your own - unless it’s our fault, in which case, fuck, just message us. Everything’s handmade with love (and cursing), so treat it like the chaotic art it is but like, if there is an issue with quality, please email - contact@notacountry.club.com or dm me on instagram and we will do our best to make it right.

We ship worldwide, but since everything’s handmade - sometimes orders take a minute to pack (sometimes I come in and realize something is sold out and then panic print & restock. Customs delays and fees are on you, we DO offer a bunch of pre-paid duty and tax shipping options though. Thanks for understanding - we’re just trying to keep the lights on while making cool shit.

Delays? Lost in transit? Check the tracking, then check your patience and if it's really fucked up - call or email the shipping company with your tracking number - they will likely be fucking useless so then email us and we can try and file a claim and get you taken care of.

Sourcing & Materials
Sustainable sourcing
We source materials locally whenever possible. Some of our blanks are thrifted finds labeled ‘reclaimed’ or hiding in ‘The Weird Ones’ section. If you’re lucky (or unlucky?), you’ll find the weird ones. Anything I print that I fuck up - the designs too high, too low, smudged, cracked, or just generally fucked up. Sometimes my dog gets to them first and leaves a hole. Sometimes I touch them with inky hands. Either way, they’re still wearable, and they’re listed in ‘The Fuck Ups’ for a discount.
We screen print with water-based inks to keep the chemicals less terrible, and our stickers are printed by eco-certified printers. We reuse off-cuts for everything - under my cat’s litter boxes, as covers for the floor where I’m printing, under my dog’s stuff, you name it.
Organic cotton is the ultimate goal, but let’s be real: organic shit is expensive af, and buying from a small business is already pricey enough. So we’re doing the best we can without going broke.
Ethical labor
We source new blanks locally using brands that (say they) care, and we try not to import a lot. When we buy, it’s from non-child-slave-labor factories - the only child labor we use is my 14-year-old, who I bribe to sew things for us with snacks and concert tickets. I also engage in what I like to call ‘elder abuse’ by forcing my mom to help with shit when I’m overwhelmed. It’s a family affair over here.
No AI is harmed in the making of these products, and I barely drink water while working because I’m autistic and I forget I require sustenance a lot. So, you know, reducing consumption in my own small way.
Transparent values
Here’s the deal: we’re happy to talk if something is fucked up. Message us, and we’ll do our best to fix it. But refunds? Nah. Everything’s handmade, so it’s more art than product. If it’s broken because of us, we’ll make it right. If it’s broken because of you, well, that’s on you.
We list all our fuck-ups in ‘The Fuck Ups’ for a discount - because if you want a deal, we’re not above selling my mistakes. Wearable? Sure. Perfect? Not a chance in hell. BUT they're full of **character**.
We post everything on our instagram too, like behind the scenes reels, with no makeup wearing socks and sandals in ink stained clothes, so like you can watch us go thrifting, you can watch me swearing at equipment, you can watch me fuck up, it's not glamorous but it IS public.
We actually donate 20% of every dollar spent on an item to causes we care about. No exaggerated claims, no bullshit. We started this in July, so we’re not rolling in dough - we’re just a girl, doing her bestest, and we post the donation receipts to our Instagram so you can see the money going where we say it is.
