Track Your Order

Ready to check on your order? Use the View your order link in your Cuntry Club order confirmation email or the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. Each link takes you to your order’s private Shopify status page, where you can see the latest available shipping updates.

You can also sign in to your customer account to view your orders. If Shopify asks you to verify your identity, use the order number from your confirmation email and the email address or phone number you used at checkout. Your order number is also listed in your shipping confirmation email.

Can’t find the email? Search your inbox for “Cuntry Club” and check your spam folder. If you still need help, reply to your order confirmation email. Please don’t post your order number or personal details publicly.
