Refund policy

We don't accept returns and we don't do refunds. Everything here is printed in small runs by hand, and we're a tiny studio, not a warehouse with a returns department, so all sales are final.

Hand printed means not perfect

Everything is actually hand printed, which means the print might sit a little off, the ink might be a bit heavier in one spot, and no two are identical. That's not a defect, that's the whole point of buying from people instead of a factory. Anything labelled "Fucked Up" is a one of one second that we told you up front is crooked or off centre or has extra ink, and it's priced lower because of it.

But if we fucked something up

Sometimes something is genuinely bad and we somehow didn't catch it, a print that is smeared beyond charm, the wrong item, a hole, or something that arrived damaged. If we actually fucked something up, tell us. Email us at contact@notacountry.club with your order number and a photo, as soon as you notice, and we will do our best to work with you to find a solution you're happy with and that keeps us open. Usually that means we reprint it or send a replacement, and we'll sort out the rest with you.

Before you order

Check the size guide on the product page, because we can't take something back because it doesn't fit. If you're not sure about a size, email or dm us before you order and we'll help you pick.
