Shipping policy

Everything at Cuntry Club is hand printed in our studio, and a lot of it gets printed after you order, because printing to order means we are not burning through blanks on shirts nobody wants. The honest side of that is a few days of print time before anything ships, and sometimes it's more than a few days, so here's what actually happens.

How long it takes

Most orders are printed and packed within about 2 business days, and then it's on its way. Sometimes that stretches. Our sticker printer occasionally decides it wants our soul and refuses to print for days at a time, I am one person who sometimes takes an actual day off, and a small studio does not have a warehouse full of spare hands. If your order is going to take longer than expected we will email you, and we're working on getting faster.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking, stickers included. The tracking number lands in your inbox when the order leaves us, so you can watch it and be mad at the post office instead of at us.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties, taxes and the USA

International orders can be charged duties, taxes and customs fees by the destination country, and those are set by your government and collected by the carrier, not by us, and we can't predict them. If you're in the USA, be aware that your president is a fucking lunatic and his moods change the rules on duties and shipping costs whenever he feels like it, and we cannot do a single thing about it. If a fee shows up, it's not us padding the price, and we'd rather you know before checkout than be surprised at your door.

Wrong address or lost parcel

Check your address before you pay, because we can't redirect a parcel once it's in the carrier's hands. If tracking says something is wrong or your order doesn't arrive, email us contact@notacountry.club and we will do our best to sort it out with you.
